Nominate a Family

Payton’s Pink Rainbow Project supports families experiencing the loss of a child. This form may be completed by a family member, friend, healthcare professional, funeral home representative, or another individual wishing to nominate a family for assistance. Please provide as much information as you are comfortable sharing.

At this time Payton's Pink Rainbow Project is able to provide assistance to families who have experienced the loss of a child 18 years of age or younger and who reside in Michigan or Northern Indiana. Our hearts would love to help every family walking through the unimaginable loss of a child, but as a growing foundation, our resources currently limit the area we are able to serve.

God willing, as Payton's Pink Rainbow Project continues to grow, we pray that our reach will grow too.
